Blank Canvas Holdaway Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Bottle

Blank Canvas is industry veteran Matt Thomson's own project along with his MW wife Sophie. This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the Holdaway vineyard at Dillons Point – Matt Thomson’s favourite sub-region for this variety. This is aromatic and herbaceous, zesty and fresh on the palate, quite fine and restrained with grapefruit and a hint of passion fruit, with a taught minerally almost saline finish. The best yet, really pure with lovely restraint.
