Domaine Alexandre is a family business that has been passed down for 3 generations. Today, Olivier is at the head of a farm installed on 13 hectares and spread over 4 municipalities: Beines, La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, Lignorelles and Villy.

Their vines, located in the heart of Chablis, are worked with the greatest care and yields remain voluntarily controlled in order to produce wines of great expression

What makes Domaine Alexandre special are working methods that respect the grapes. Pneumatic pressing, static settling (a process that aims to eliminate coarse particles), fermentation in enamelled steel vats.

Certified High Environmental Value (the highest level of an environmental certification scheme for farms), Domaine Alexandre aims to identify and promote practices that are more particularly respectful of the environment.
