Collection: Bardos

Bodega Bardos is an ambitious project that has immersed itself in the scenario of better quality and more singular vineyards in the Ribera del Duero. A voyage of discovery in the cultivation of a land bearing great wines, and the application of artisan methods, has resulted in the successful creation of a benchmark collection included among the new Spanish 'Vinos de Autor' (Signature wines). An ambitious project, that only releases in the best years.

The Páramo de Corcos region is the most surprising and at the same time, unknown region of Ribera - ten thousand hectares of flat landscape and extreme conditions.

‘When we created Bardos, we had the option of settling in the prestigious Golden Mile, as big wineries do, or complicating our lives and settling in the coldest, highest and most difficult area of the entire denomination. We chose the second option for a reason, if we wanted to make a daring wine we would need to be surrounded by daring people.’ - Raúl Acha
