One of my favourite sparkling Shiraz.

"Matured in barrel and on lees in bottle. An enticingly medium-bodied Barossa sparkling shiraz, graced with white pepper and beetroot over a core of satsuma plum skin, blackberries and morello cherries. A fine acid line marries with a stream of fine-grained tannins through a long, elegant finish. Such intricate engineering will confidently see it out for the next decade, but it's a delight from the outset." Tyson Stelzer 94pts
