"The 2020 Riesling Clos Sainte Hune is from a 1.6-hectare parcel within the Rosacker Grand Cru. The nose is still smoky, earthy and gives hints of Mirabelle skin. The palate has an immediate smoothness, a lovely note of both fresh and baked Mirabelle, bringing out the stone fruit charm that, for now, plays above the essential stoniness and concentration. The fruity charm belies the essential and cool depth of the site, the profound stoniness and the beautiful, supremely balanced texture. The finish is salty, concentrated and zesty.
