"From an east-facing slope at 200m and picked a week later than the Mayer pinot; 100% whole bunches. A very bright crimson purple. A great year for this idiosyncratic wine. Complex aromas of wild strawberry, a little morello cherry, warm spice and peony. You barely notice the whole bunches. A generous Dr Mayer that saturates the palate.
