This is one of my favourite wines to drink in Greece and i am delighted to be selling it. We have a small parcel of a museum release 2013 of this and its absolutely incredible. This however is extremely delicious and food friendly too. Fairly deep in colour for a rosé. Xinomavro really is an aromatic variety and this is so perfumed. Orange, cherry, hints of lime- its zesty but also quite serious a hint of tanning gives it some structure and makes it a fabulous food style.
