Thymiopoulos Atma White 2021 Case

This lovely crisp Greek white has an exotic floral bouquet thanks to the Malagousia grape, while the red Xinomavro variety, vinified as a white here, gives a rounded flavour to the wine. it works really well, light and crisp, just 12% alcohol and a lovely aperitif white or think fish and salads. Has a real zest and vibrancy to it.
