An elegant and layered Grenache with opulent notes of strawberry, rhubarb and a hint of blood orange, enveloped in autumnal spiced notes of cloves and sandalwood

The 'En Passerillage' refers to drying of the grapes al fresco on paper trays in the shade of the vine canopy for three days to impart a more refined tannic structure. The palate shows good body which is enhanced with exposure to air and this wine has a long, persistent finish.
