Sourced from a network of vineyards located in Barossa Valley, the vine ages range from 25 to 65 years. All the Grenache batches are fermented in open fermenters, where the presence of whole berries are encouraged. Each parcel is maintained separate and is racked into a blend of older French HogsHeads for 12 months prior to careful blending. A wonderfully juicy and bright Grenache! Medium bodied with bright acidity and complex but fresh aromatics, making it a refreshing wine that can be enjoyed with almost any food!
