Sottano 'Seleccion del Enologo' Malbec 2019 Case

Really deep colour. Has a meaty savoury nose with black cherry, violets and toasty oak. Medium to full bodied, it's rich and silky with sweet black cherry, cassis and plum fruit, has a meaty denseness to it, leads to spice and creamy oak, the tannins are ripe although this is best served with food. Serve unsurprisingly with beef, or other richer dishes.
