Sottano 'Seleccion del Enologo' Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Really deep colour. Has a meaty savoury nose with cassis, violets and toasty oak. Medium to full bodied, it's smooth and silky with sweet cassis and plum fruit, has a meaty denseness to it. Leads to spice and creamy oak, the tannins are soft and this is right in its optimum drinking window, no rush though, this will drink over the next 3 years. Showed beautifully at our November tasting, very luxurious and decadent. A great match for some rib of beef or a nice leg or shoulder of lamb for example.
