Duncan’s flagship wine, ‘Savage White’, is a Sauvignon Semillon blend from three sites planted between 200 and 675 metres above sea level. A wine which exemplifies his mastery of Sauvignon Blanc, it is richly textured and complex with layers of blackcurrant leaf, orange blossom, yellow plum and wet stone.
