Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, hand-harvested on 29th September 2025 from our family’s 10-acre vineyard in the renowned Crouch Valley wine region of England.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and purity of fruit. A short 3–4 hour skin contact gives the wine its delicate pale rosé colour and refined structure.
