Verduno Pelaverga is pale orangey red, almost a Rosato. Light bodied with bright red fruit, strawberries and pomegranate. There's a little spice and white pepper to it too, with some gummy fruit- such a fun wine. Slightly chilled, this is absolute nectar – redolent of Pinot Noir, and a great partner for spicy dishes or even meaty fish like Tuna.
