"Labelled as a coastal wine because it has equal components from Darling and the Paardeberg, this is a low-alcohol style that was fermented with 100% whole bunches for perfume and structure. Matured in a large foudre, it has redcurrant, watermelon and wild strawberry flavours and an appealing nip of tannin. 2026-31" 93pts Tim Atkin MW South Africa Report 2026
"From vines in Darling and the Paarderberg, the 2025 Cinsault (eight months in foudres) is very elegant and quite mineral-driven on the nose, just a little Pinot-like with strawberry and raspberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with pomegranate and wild strawberry to the fore. Wonderful underlying tension leads to a more linear yet amazingly focused and refined finish. Excellent." 94pts Neal Martin Vinous 9/26
