This Rosato is vibrant pink in colour. Made from 80% Nebbiolo, 20% Vespolina. The nose is engaging with distinct aromas of white peach and wild strawberries. On the palate, it is dry, with a savoury, mineral character and a mouth-filling core of ripe orchard fruit, leading to a clean, fresh finish.
