Ground breaking Sicilian Chardonnay that emerged in the early 1990's. It's still great, more refined and complex, more elegant and less oaky. Golden yellow with greenish hue. On the nose it comes across as very intense, with citrus fruit flavours,chestnut, honey and a spicy complexity. Citrus and stone fruits on the rich palate, good acidity, nutty oak and long finish with hints of spice. Classy.
