Really exciting wine from Urugauay. Haling from the chalkiest most exposed blocks of Pisano's Albariño vineyard, overlooking the chilly south Atlantic. Aromatic of citrus pith, almond skin and orange zest. Palate is all crushed chalk minerality, gently waxy appeal, white peach juice with long pleasing texture from aging in old 500lt oak barrels.
