Small amount of Carmenere and Petit Vedot are blended in to add complexity.
Juicy and fresh on the palate, lots if blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, some subtle oak from 12 months aging in American and French oak barrels and again just a hint of leafiness with good acidity. Fabulous with lamb for example, and most things on the barbecue/grill !
