This wine is made of 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Viognier. Part of the Chenin Blanc is wild yeast fermented and kept on the yeast lees for as long as possible in order to achieve a rounded palate with good fruit concentration.
Vibrant and aromatic with subtle perfumed aromas, white peach and hints of jasmine on the nose. On the palate it has tight, white, fleshy, stonefruit and fresh citrus flavours balanced by bright and lively acidity. Refreshing and very easy drinking,
