Pellegrino Diantha Terre Siciliane IGT 2024

Lovely perfumed, fresh Sicilian white made from Grillo and Malvasia. 

Elegant, floral, and citrusy, with notes of jasmine, orange blossom, lemon, mint, grapefruit, and wild fennel on the nose. Similar on the fruity and lively palate. If you can conjure up a fritto misto then i reckon this would be great !
