Occidental Pinot Noir Bodega Headlands Vineyard Cuvée Elizabeth 2023

"Naturally cooler summers in this location allow more time on the vine, and intensity without weight is the result, with wines at 13% alcohol or less. From fruit harvested in October, the bright ruby red 2023 Pinot Noir Bodega Headlands Vineyard Cuvée Elizabeth offers a gorgeous perfume of incense, sweet tea leaf, rosehip perfume, delicate umami tones, and black raspberries. Medium-bodied, it has refined tannins, vibrant, snappy red cherries, an angular, mineral structure, and a long, floating finish. Both approachable and long, I love it. Drink 2026-2046." 98pts Audrey Frick Jebdunnuck.com
