Nals Margreid Lagrein 'Sand' 2022 Bottle

Love this winery and I love this Lagrein. Deep in colour, black and sour cherry on the nose, some spice too. Bright and fresh, dense black cherry, plum, hints of plain chocolate and some fresh red cherry too, giving it a lovely freshness. Tannins are ripe and crunchy, the fruit is sweet and really beguiling, being dark and fresh too. Lovely wine, works well with pasta and would be great with slow cooked pork and lamb for sure.
