The wine has got a lovely richness combined with a freshness. Akin to a quality white Burgundy on the nose with some added spice. Rich and full, lovely acidity, stone fruits and a creamy, almost a hint of butterscotch on a long textural finish. Lovely wine and capable of matching some fairly rich dishes.... turkey even !
