"An excellent release of this wine, as is often the case. However, this year with distinct mineral qualities of slate and steel amongst the tang of lime, the perfume of citrus blossom, and crunch and zing of pink grapefruit. It's a wine that feels approachable now, an open weave of juiciness, even with the grip and pucker of that energetic minerality. That being said, the wine still holds a sense of restraint. Excellent persistence of flavour, too. To top it off, the perfume is evocative and voluminous, ably matching the fortes of the palate.
