The ‘GAM’ Shiraz, representing the initials of Frank’s three children, is sourced from another ‘Lopresti’ vineyard block, planted predominantly black and grey Biscay clays, and sees a larger portion of new oak, resulting in a wine of great depth and concentration. Deeply coloured with an intensely aromatic nose of raspberry and plums with a hint of cinnamon spice. The complex palate is opulent and robust with ripe tannins and vibrant black fruit complemented by sweet spices and notes of clove and anise.
