It's organic Verdejo from high altitude vineyards, unoaked. Pineapple and grapefruit, quite perfumed with hints of thyme. Crisp and fresh on the palate, white peach a touch of grapefruit and again a touch of herb, good acidity. Clean and characterful, gluten and histamine free too and vegans can guzzle away too!
