Very attractive Sicilian white, made from the often dull Grillo grape variety, however this is anything but dull! Aromatic and full of pineappley citrus fruit.
Its super fresh and zesty, yet has some weight of fruit and a touch of spice on the palate, and very attractive on its own though am sure will be pretty food versatile.
