The NV Moscatel Superior Emilin, produced from Moscatel grapes sourced from Las Cruces vineyard in Chipiona, basically the only place that still grows Moscatel grapes, which has very sandy soil. Legend is that there are some pre-phyloxera vines there... has the telltale Moscatel profile of candied orange, honeysuckle and sweet Muscat grapey notes. They do not dehydrate the grapes, they wait and harvest them very late, with some overripeness. I think its great served with a light chill with Christmas desserts and the like. Not as viscous or thick as Pedro Ximenez.
