I really quite like this -tasted and drunk twice a week apart. Its from Fina el Paraiso in Maipu. Aged 6 months in French oak. For sure its not light and ethereal but tasty and well balanced for sure it is ! Berry fruits with some meat and roasted vegetable characters on the nose. Bright and fresh on the palate, red berry fruits, spice, forest floor, oak and some hints of chocolate. It's not Burgundy, but varietal and tasty it sure is. Would be great with a rosemary infused shepherds pie!
