Larry Cherubino 'Ad Hoc' Cruel Mistress Pinot Noir 2021 Bottle

Ad Hoc is the value range from top winemaker Larry Cherubino. This is an elegant Pinot from Porongurup in Western Australia. From a very good vintage, the wine spends six months in used French oak barrels. The nose shows graphite, minerals and juicy black cherries. A hint of spicy oak plays a supporting role. The palate is softly textured, fresh and vibrant with flavours of black cherry and earthy beetroot with a silky finish.
