Ktima Biblia Chora Estate White 2023

A tank aged 60% Sauvignon, 40% Assyrtiko blend. Zesty, aromatic nose with lots of classic Sauvignon, gooseberry, citrus, passion fruit and herbaceous characters, with some floral notes and white peach from the Assyrtiko. Fresh and crisp with a really good weight of fruit. Lime and lemon citrus, blackcurrant, elderflower, stone fruits, a hint of spice and refreshing acidity. It's got good weight and a lovely zesty character but also a mouth-filling roundness, minerally finish too. Lovely!
