Natural yeast fermentation, sees 8% new French oak. Lovely perfumed nose with raspberry and a touch of stem and delicate oak and spice. Light to medium bodied, lovely raspberry fruit, with some dark cherry, again quite stemmy with a small amount of whole bunches added, this adds complexity. It's bright and juicy with lovely spice and delicate oak. A wine lighter in body, though not lacking in depth with really pure fruit and really quite delicious, best served cool it works well with meaty fish, white meats and lamb.
