This is such a consistent wine, and one we have been selling for over 30 years. Despite new ownership and winemakers the style very much lives on. The new 2022 is delicious and very approcahable. Lots of cherry fruit with a touch of dried herb and soft tannins. Great with some pasta amitriciana, also was delicious with Ossu Bucco too. Red meats, stonger white meat dishes can all work with this wine.
