The sandstone soils induce low to moderate vigour which results in low yields but flavour concentration.
Dark fruited delight showing aromas of violets and exotic spices, all on a bed of fine tannins. Finishing with a fresh but lingering aftertaste. Svelte and sophisticated. Ideal for all meat dishes.
