From the Limestone Coast in South Australia. This is a perfumed, light to medium bodied Pinot that is fresh and bright, not a classic bigger new world style. Lots of cherry and red berry fruits, good acidity and ripe tannins. A lighter style Pinot Noir that is great with a light chill and perfect with so many foods, think tuna, chicken, mediterannean salads and past dishes and such like.
