The combination of clay mixed with small stones gives good water retention while allowing the roots to penetrate deep into the soil. Cool Atlantic breezes shape the grapes’ expressive freshness.
A savoury, gently floral style with notes of apricot and peach. A pithily generous palate, ripe and textural and a crisp salinity on the finish. Crisp and quite enlivening! Lots of character for a bargain price!
