The Grande Réserve is a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, and 35% Chardonnay, of which 97.5% of the fruit comes from Grand Cru vineyards.
This creates a very fine fruit, refreshed by the Chardonnay endowing it with an elegant, mineral finish. Bottled at the end of the spring following the harvest, with a base wine of the 2020 vintage and 20% from reserve wines, it sees no malolactic fermentation, and undergoes 5 years minimum ageing on lees in cellars. The dosage is adjusted with precision to preserve the balance between freshness, fruit and vinosity without masking the wine’s character and purity. On special offer until the end of the year.
