Gaia make excellent wines in Nemea and Santorini, this is a well-structured wine with intense ripe fruit aromas and well-integrated oak flavours, hints of liquorice with berry fruit, this superb example works best with red meat dishes that are rich, intense and spicy. Great with chargrilled meats and vegetables and best served cool.
