Gabrielskloof Whole Bunch Syrah 2023

Delicious, fairly new addition to the line up. 100% whole bunch Syrah, fermented as whole clusters for c 2 weeks. Then aged just in tank for a few months to keep the freshness and brightness.

This is a vibrant and fresh Syrah. The nose is brimming with vivid aromas of black cherry, raspberry and violets. The palate is juicy with lively purity of fruit, crunchy acidity and a peppery, savoury edge to the finish.
