The 2025 vintage was marked by very low yields, yet delivered fruit of exceptional quality. Following a moderately cold January, an early spring brought abundant rainfall. While hail reduced overall production, a warm, bright summer resulted in grapes of excellent ripeness and concentration.
Grapes were harvested between September 12th and October 2nd, in a late and extended harvest. Fermentation lasted up to 20 - 25 days and was followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Light garnet in colour, the 2025 Langhe Nebbiolo is fragrant and floral. The nose is defined by delicate flowers, such as geranium and rose petals, while the palate is fresh and vibrant, with notes of wild strawberry, sour cherry and a spicy finish.
