Lighter in colour and tannins than normal, the nose is almost floral. Bright and juicy, red and just a hint of black cherry, raspbery, spice with classic Barbera acidity. Juicy and fresh, was fabulous with a simple rotisserie chicken, but would great with any tomato based dish too.
