English traditional method sparkling wine made exclusively from hand-picked grapes on the Jurassic coast. The noble trio of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay are gently whole bunch pressed to extract the finest juice. Golden in colour with fine bubbles and a soft, creamy mousse, this English sparkling has aromas of acacia blossom, crushed hazelnuts and almonds. The palate is full of ripe Cox apples, white peach, greengages and zesty grapefruit. On the finish are notes of oat biscuit and brioche, toasty- long and complex.
