Fragrant aromas of ripe apricot and citrus and more ripe stone fruit on the palate along with a clean, saline minerality and a zesty lemon sherbert character. The style is appealingly off-dry with a well-balanced, crisp finish. Great with pasta and bacon dishes, grilled fish and scallops.
