Frassinelli have long been an NYWines favourite producer for Prosecco, and this is their new rose release. Frassinelli were one of the first to release after Consorzio Tutela del Prosecco approved the use of the word rosé in conjunction with Prosecco. This is a lovely, measured sparkling rose, with 10-15% Pinot Noir in the blend. Hints of rhubarb and redcurrant give it nice freshness and acidity.
