Note this review is for the 2023, but the wine is made the same way!
"Aromas of lemon curd, herbs and a touch of white fruit. The palate is tangy, with an elegant, tender texture. A pretty expression of bical that is subtle yet detailed, with freshness and precision throughout. From clay limestone soils with white marl, the grapes are slowly pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in 500 to 600 liter oak barrels and a 2,000 liter vat, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. Aged on fine lees without bâtonnage before blending in stainless steel. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink now, but this normally has its prettiest expression after a few years in bottle." 95pts Jamessuckling.com and No.6 Top 100 Wines of Portugal.
