Top quality organic red, a blend of 38% Syrah, 33% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carignan, 4% Malbec, 4% Garnacha, 3% Tempranillo, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Mourvedre aged in mostly new oak. A lovely dense, yet bright full bodied red of real class. Rich and full with black and red berry fruits with some spice and perfectly judged oak. Best with strongly flavoured dishes and ideally decanted to allow the wine to open up fully.
"The 2022 Coyam is a field blend from the Los Robles estate in Colchagua. It aged for 14 months in barrels (30% foudre). Complex and layered, the 2022 opens with plum, blackberry, ash, spice and oak aromas. The vintage lent its mark to the fruit profile. This is dry and creamy, with a generous, flavorful palate.
