The Adobe range is made from certified organic grapes. A superb value organic Carmenere. Lovely perfumed berry fruit with just a hint of classic Carmenere herb/tomato leaf on the nose with classic violet notes. Juicy and bright with lovely pure black cherry and cassis, ripe tannins and good acidity on a fresh finish. I know we used the 2020 back in April WOM but this is so good and so food friendly, and a bargain its forced its way in again. A real go to red in the NY household and recently this was really good pair with a spicy tomato based prawn creole dish !
