El Risco means the crag and refers to the rugged high altitude vineyards this wine comes from. A fragrant almost floral blend of Syrah, Garnacha and Bobal with some partial whole bunch fermentation to add freshness. Lovely sweet red berry fruit with a touch of herb, juicy and fresh with soft tannins, good with a light chill, a very attractive wine.
